Warbler Shut-out

I arose at dawn this morning, full expecting to be satiated by warbler watching, but alas, I was shut out.

Not a warble to be heard.

I did see an old friend, curiously mis-named (in my opinion) the Red-Bellied Woodpecker.

Maybe he wasn't named the obvious Red-headed Woodpecker because there is such a bird whose entire head is red.

This fellow also has a rather interesting voice. Check it out.
