Here's the Black & White. They seem to travel in larger groups -- when you find one, you'll find many others within the area. They come early and stay later too. Sometimes a few will stay around into the summer before they head north into upper Maine and Canada. These birds pick bugs off of the trunks and larger limbs, and move much like the Nuthatch.
