Your Tuition Dollars At Work

A recent article in Psychology Today reaches several startling conclusions about the environment our young adults face on higher education campuses:

1. They don't get enough sleep;
2. They eat too much crap; and
3. They drink too much booze.

All three are found to impair the learning process.

Stop the presses. I hope no government money went toward this ground-breaking discovery.

The one bright light in this study? The rate of smoking is higher on college campuses, and smoking improves memory. Great.
